Awesome debut album. The tragedy surrounding it makes it that much more of a milestone.
Phenomenal!
Brilliant album! I cannot recommend it enough to true electro fans. And for only $16.99? What a bargain! Do yourself a favour and buy the whole thing instead of one individual song, you'll love it.
It's a shame the lead singer is dead - I would love to hear more from these guys!

Ou Est le Swimming Pool are an English synth pop band whose full-length album debut, The Golden Year, was released mere weeks after the tragic suicide of lead singer Charles Haddon in 2010. Founded in 2008 in Camden, London, the band is a trio comprised of Joe Hutchinson and Caan Capan, in addition to Haddon. They made their commercial recording debut in 2009 with the single "Dance the Way I Feel" and toured as the supporting act of La Roux, another English synth pop act with a French name.
