Not David's best

David has a great voice, however it is better suited to light opera. Some of the higher notes are not as crisp and clear as usual and many of the songs seem devoid of real emotion. It's great to sing along to though and I'm glad I've added it to my collection

Chance missed.

David is one of Australia's great voices and personalities. However, I feel this is a display of musical ignorance. I am saddened that David and his team have felt the need to rush together an album for the sake of sales whilst the artist is performing on a nationally televised show. Perhaps David would be better served commissioning some of Australia's and perhaps international composers to write repertoire in the vein of Josh Groban, Il divo. There is a burgeoning market for such music and I am afraid this album may have ruined any chance of his target consumers taking his future work seriously.

What a voice!!!

I just love David. He's such a wonderful singer!! Love this album. The musical arrangement and David's own interpretation of the pop songs make this album a "must have". "The Impossible Dream" is one of the best versions I ever heard in my life. I didn't think anyone could surpass Roy Orbison's interpretation of "Crying" but I'm more than impressed with David's interpretation. I hope David keeps on providing us with great music!!!!!
