wicked-awesome!
all the songs on this album have heaps of energy and i heart hiroshima definitely havn't lost the raw feel of their older stuff with this album! i recommend it for anyone who appreciates simple, up-beat tunes to get around to... or to dance around your house like a crazy person. 10/10.
i think i get it!
This is a great album by a great orginal Australian band. No bass player from what i can tell but that doesn't subtract, it just adds to the equation. Very happy songs for the most but with a definite undercurrent of angst and aggression. Dual male and female vocals add alot of variety. And shouted choruses rule!!! 'Captain To Captain' is my fave song. Big heart, dead city, i think i get it!
Simply Great
Catchy, simple and infectious. I Heart Hiroshima have flare for song structures that make you tilt your head and go, huh... Then you get into it and your off. Great live band. Get this album and support great Aussie music.
