Pixie is so underrated!

Excellent album. UK artists are starting to receive more appreciation here, but it's still so sad that barely anyone knows about Pixie in Australia. The radio won't even play her songs anymore. "All About Tonight" has been serviced twice. I don't understand why they ignore her? It could of been a smash here if the radio gave it a go and the label did some good promotion. On to the album, it's almost flawless. It really showcases Pixie's versatility. From the generic pure-pop sounds of "All About Tonight" and "Kiss the Stars" to urban flavours like "What Do You Take Me For?" and "Bright Lights (Good Life)" to tracks like "Dancing On My Own" and "You Win", this album really has it all. I think it could appeal to any kind of listener of any age-demographic. You have pop, dance, soul, jazz, urban and R&B all in one. Also, why can't we get the deluxe edition here in Australia? It has 5 great bonus-tracks, 1 remix and 2 music videos. Kind of unfair, but I can see why they didn't bother.

can i rate it 10 out of 5
