Description
A Better U is an innovative iPhone App created by two psychologists that aims to inspire and motivate through personalised daily tips, quotes, messages and meditations, each accompanied by a beautiful image.
Once downloaded, a short yet valid and reliable personality test will be completed. These answers will be analysed with scores assigned to one of 5 standard personality types, resulting in a personality profile. Then, sit back and each day receive a tailored message and image to help you on your journey to being 'a better you'.
A 'Spin the Wheel' Colour game to introduce you to colour therapy and a fun facts section are also included for your added enjoyment.
Our bookmark section allows you to save your favourite daily messages to view later.
