I have found Allhomes a very convenient way to look for Canberra homes. In contrast to some of the other searches, Allhomes has a predictable layout for each house listed. For example I know exactly where to look to find the size of the block and the EER. It makes the searching less stressful.
I appreciate the diary function for planning a day looking at houses. Again, this makes the whole process a lot easier.

Generally Good, but something missing
Generally a good app so far however the login in button is either hard to find or missing. It was only when I clicked on ‘open times’ in the app that I got a pop up asking to sign in.
In the same vein the ‘trip plan’ option is also missing from the app which would be great to have when you’re out and about going from house to house rather than having to print something out or write them down. I had thought perhaps it might show up once signed in, but I still could not find it. I instead had to go through ‘watch list’ and find the house that we’re open in the given day.
If these two things could be updated in the next round(s), my rating would absolutely jump to 5 stars. :)

Good app, but swipe gestures unintuitive
Generally a good app; however, swiping from the left within a listing should return you to the map/list, not open up the menu. In most other apps, this gesture is a 'return to previous page' gesture and is unintuitive the way it functions at the moment.
Once you've accidentally opened the menu after wanting to simply return to the map, it's then quite difficult to close the menu. Tapping on the map or listing (that's shifted to the right) doesn't close the menu either and you're left tapping various places until you find how to close it. A simple '3 horizontal lines' in the top left to open and close the menu would be far simpler.

Hi Wade, Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback on the swipe gestures we have in the app. I agree with you: the swipe gesture to reveal the menu isn't very intuitive. We have been working on improving the menu and navigation in our app and are actually set to release a major update later this week. We are also planning to add gesture support to return to your search results when you're viewing a listing in a few week's time.
