With our mobile banking app you can:

Manage your money with ease.
* View, create and schedule payments, open accounts, activate, cancel, order replacement cards, view your card details, and change your card PIN anytime. Increase and decrease your account transaction limits without needing to give us a call.

Pay your way.
* Create a PayID® using your email address or mobile number to send and receive money instantly. Block, allow, and restrict individual card functions, such as contactless transactions within Australia and internationally. Manage your PayTo® agreements and complete international transfers and payments from the palm of your hand.

Access personalised features.
* Use biometrics like Face ID and Touch ID/Fingerprint Unlock to log into the app securely. Personalise your dashboard. View your balance and transfer money between your accounts without needing to log into the app.

Track your spending and be in control of your finances.
* Use our spend tracker to track and compare your daily spending with previous months or use the search function to search transactions.

* You need to be registered for internet banking to use this Mobile app.
* We do not charge a licence fee for the app. However, you may incur data charges from your mobile network provider for downloading the application onto your mobile service. To enjoy fee-free mobile banking you must download our iPhone app. Fee-free banking applies to transactions conducted on accounts other than a Bonus Saver, Double Interest Saver or Christmas Club Account using iOS 11.0 or later. iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. registered in the U.S. and other countries. Doesn’t fit, and fingerprint never works

Why, after the latest update, do we now have to swipe to see the balance?! Kinda defeats the whole purpose of a quick balance. Annoying.

I’d just be happy if the info would fit when using in landscape on my iPad. SO annoying. And it’d be good if the fingerprint would work. It waits till I go to put in my pin and then pops up to request it. Grrrr

Worst update

Latest update (Jun 10, 2020) makes viewing multiple accounts ridiculously clunky. Huuuuuge boxes for each account means you can’t fully see 3 accounts on one screen. Pity for anyone managing a household with mortgages, credit card etc. No more seeing your overall financial position at a glance.
Giving priority to a silly piggy bank icon over visibility of account details & ability to see more than 2 accounts per screen is a daft move.
Perhaps provide a choice of views if bigger visuals are helpful for others.
Also, the logout button has been all but removed. Spent ages digging to find it only remains on the dashboard screen.
Love BeyondBank, but this app update looks like a kindergartener did it.

Very handy app but needs more flexibility

I find the Beyond Bank app very useful and practical to use but there a couple of things I have noted that I would like to see as improvements:

- nowhere in the app can I see which of my accounts are mortgage offsets.
Nor can I see what the amount I have saved through mortgage offsets has been.

- I can only have one ‘profile’ or, membership that the app is linked to. I have a personal membership as well as a membership I share with my wife which includes home loans etc. The Beyond Bank app will only allow linking to one of these, not both (with some ability to switch between them).

- some ability via the app to temporarily increase transfer limits - I’m sure this would be a security issue, but any way to give more flexibility here would be great.
