"Web" tab directly links you to all your favourite mobile websites, and provides a link back to the BigPond Portal App at the top of every website you browse.

If you are a Telstra mobile customer the "My" tab is fantastic way to manage your account including data usage, content subscriptions and personalised alerts from BigPond.

1. Data Charges
If you are a Telstra Next G™ or 3G mobile customer, once this application is downloaded, you will not be charged data usage charges for viewing or using this application (unless you are using the application overseas). If you are not a Telstra Next G™ or 3G mobile customer, data charges may apply (please check with your mobile carriage service provider).

2. No Warranties and Liability
This application and any information supplied are provided “as is” and you use this application at your own risk. Telstra does not make any warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to this application or your use of this application. Some content is provided by third parties and, to the extent permitted by law, Telstra excludes all liability in contract, tort (including negligence) arising from or in connection with this application (including third party content). Content you can access depends on your coverage. Telstra does not guarantee that this application is free of errors, viruses or other faults or that it will be a continuous service.

3. How you can use this Application
All intellectual property rights belong to Telstra or the third party licensing Telstra to use the content. You may only view this application for your own private purposes. 4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and the courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning these terms.
