I wonder why you need to pay

Unable to cancel subscription

I set up a subscription to access the advertised free trial, however upon trialling the game decided it was not what we were looking for. At the time of setting up a subscription, we were advised we could cancel easily anytime through the settings. Well this is not the case, the settings offers only an option to send through an email. I sent the email requesting my subscription be cancelled but have yet to hear back. Don't advertise that your account settings can be easily changed when this is not the case.
