one of the best in fitness apps

easy to follow program, give you rest days so you come back with increased strength. . push yourself hard and take your rest. you'll surprise yourself in few weeks with your improvement. highly recommended.

Where's the science?

This app does one thing only. It tells you how many pushups to do, in how many sets, in a 3 day/week program. The implementation is basic but effective. It even times your breaks between sets.

My big problem is that there appears to be very little, if any, science applied to the number of pushups and number of sets for each day.

I am not a sports scientist, but i know there are millions of words written on this subject and they all seem to have been ignored in this app. The number of pushups each day doesn't make any sense to me.

A great opportunity for a great app wasted.

Great app!

So awesome that this program has an app. You can easily do it for free on the website but I like the idea of all my fitness contained on my phone for reference and reminders. Have been recommending it to all my friends. :) buy it and try it.
