THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
-Data is sourced from RP Data, who use a variety of sources including industry professionals, online partners and official government-sourced sales records.
-95% of residential properties across Australia are recorded in the RP Data database. Unfortunately, legislation in Victoria limits data access, with only 40% of property records having sales data available.
-As data is sourced at the time of last sale, any subsequent changes to the property (eg. adding an extra bedroom) will not be captured until the next time the property is listed for sale.
-Despite a quality assurance process being in place, there may be discrepancies within the database. If you would like to request that the details of your property be updated, please contact RP Data on iphone.support@rpdata.com

Great app very useful, very user friendly.
Gives a good indication of pricing although pricing displayed is usually lower.

Very impressive
Good interface, easy search by address or GPS or via camera.
I love the ability to pan the map and watch it auto-refresh to display all the properties in the new area.
The properties displayed include not just those currently for sale but (optionally) recent and historic sales.
Recent and historic prices are displayed (approx. for privacy) together with previous date of sale, which is extremely useful information.
It also auto generates a browsable list of recent property sales and prices in the immediate area.
The rpdata guide, the extended suburb and demography details in this new version are the icing on the cake.
Also included in this version is 'get directions', tell a friend, calculators and resources and links to the bank.
Top marks for conception and for implementation, thank you for a great app.
