Apple Store 4+

so on the normal app store that you use to buy apps and stuff is being really weird. i can’t download apps because it’s saying “a family members prevouis purchase has a billing problem” (it says something like that) and me and my mother share a plan of something like we share data and if i go to get an app it’s using her apple id and not mine. but i could get apps before but now it’s not letting me. mum told me that she fixed the problem and that she can download apps on her phone and she paid for the thing that was causing the problem. except on my phone it doenst think so. i was putting in her card details and it said “cannot add payment” even though there is enough money in her card and her card is valid. that is the card she is using on her phone too. i really just have to get an app and it’s not letting me. it’s being really annoying and we can’t seem to fox it. (ive shut down my phone and everything you you were wondering.) i would like help PLEASE

Works fine, however at least in the case of Australia Post as a delivery partner, when you click on track order, the tracking number shown is wrong, it has a “&type” appended to it which makes it invalid. This might not strictly be the app’s fault but this is probably the best place to report it?

I visited the store in Brisbane wanting to buy a iPhone pro. First person pointed me to a person with an iPad in there hand. Waited patiently and then told to wait over in the corner for a “specialist”. After 15 mins no show and went back and said I just want to buy the phone. No no no you have to see the specialist. Alright then I will buy it online and pick it up. Went back to the office to buy it and you guessed it the store was being updated. Another 2 hrs went by and finally came back, clicked on buy , chose colour and memory and add to bag. NOT AVAILABLE at Brisbane store. Tried the other colours and all out of stock. What a freaking joke. Tried again the next day and only gray and white were available. Wife wanted the blue or black. Now it’s Friday and still out of stock. There sales techniques must be aimed at airheads with lots of time money. All I wanted to do was buy a phone.
