Love mwave but app is always broke
MWave has the best and most convenient way to order pc parts... the app
The only down side is there’s always a new bug
Whether it’s ordering in your cart,
Putting items too your cart, Or just general crashes.
Always use the app to configure pricing but again the one down side is the bugs... sometimes it’s easier just to use the computer
Poor Customer Service
Placed an order 6 May and still waiting. MWave were extremely happy to take my money, but trying to get the purchased product is proving extremely difficult. Tried to check the order status online, given the guarantee of being contacted within 24 hours. Well that was nearly a week ago and still no communication with anyone. Not sure what you have to do to find out where your hard earned money has gone, as there is no one manning the phones. There’s no updates on their website as to any unanticipated delays (other than COVID), but all other businesses are experiencing the same “unprecedented” issues and appear to be delivering and managing customer service. Might be time for MWave to learn these lessons.
Needs Improvement.
Nice and very user friendly UI, Speedy but clunky at times,
My issue is with iOS if I haven’t used the app in 24 hours I get logged out and have to go through the hassle of signing back in, So that needs to be looked into and fixed please.
