Serious Freezing and Crashing
I have used this App for the past 7 years and always been what I would call “Cluncky” for the past 3 weeks we have had crashing and losing orders after spending hours with Customers wasting their time and Ours. Reps and Agents are giving up on ordering Hence now a lack of sales and overall orders to my business. There seems to be no solution to this problem.

Thank you for your honest feedback, which we highly value especially from a long-term SalesIn client. Following a required update to the app for iOS 15 around 3 weeks ago some clients have encountered intermittent issues regarding the application crashing and freezing. Since the release we have pushed out a couple of app updates to remedy the crashing of the SalesIn App. There is still some intermittent freezing being experienced, but our development team are currently working around the clock to address. As soon as we have a solution, there will be another app update released and will ensure to personally let you know.
