Booking issues
Tried to book 3 times 2 x different hotels and was unsuccessful “error” I then called the central number 2 times 1)dog barking in the background and couldn’t speak English 2) on the call for 30 mins as they tried to see why they couldn’t book then said I’ll transfer you to someone who can help - when transferred the person who picked up was someone who didn’t know the history and said let’s start again then put me on hold which eventually disconnected me -not good enough.
I called the properties direct and had no issue -total spend AUD $10,000.
Too slow to load pictures
Even when I’m connected to Wi-Fi, the pictures don’t load, or only load very, very slowly. I quickly give up because what’s the point of holiday-dreaming without pictures? It’s a pity, because I otherwise love the layout of information, which makes it easy for me to find what I want to know.
