Big business software for small business operators
I have a number of businesses one of which is a service based business that I only need to check in on once a week or so. I have been looking for a seamless communication solution that would connect my senior staff on key issues without using 'cc email' that gets lost in amongst the 60 odd emails some of us get every day!
Podio delivers and more... I'm sure big business pay tens of thousands for similar functionality and Podio delivers for a small business, value packed level. I have 10 users in this business and I am looking at how it will help us in my other businesses.
When you don't have an IT department support is paramount. We were designated Britt as our support host. My Team expressed a concern in 2 or 3 areas... I emailed Britt... Problem fixed (actually, me educated as to how Podio has already dealt with that).
I know this sounds like all positive positive positive but I can honestly say Podio has ticked all the boxes. If I could give it a pn extra star, I would.

The next step from email
I train people on how to be more productive at work and one of my key recommendations is using a project management software. I have tried a few, however like Podio the best. If you use gmail you can add an app that puts the podio task box at the end of emails. The response times for support are quick. It the centre stone of my business and I highly recommend it.
