Very good!
I struggled with iMovie for a week before looking for something decent. This one is excellent by comparison. It's not quite Final Cut but it is the best so far for the iPhone. Interface is a bit clunky at first but fine once you get used to it. Features are good and more on the way hopefully. Well done!
Great Alternative to iMovie esp for 3GS
Apart from the absence of themes function, I felt that this one is quite a powerful app for the rest of us who don't have an iPhone 4. I have done a few really good movies and posted in all my viewers thought I did it on the computer.

Really easy to use and creates good looking movies. @Gtpgirl - You CAN remove (mute) the original audio track.
