Amazing
I have just completed a 4 week weights challenge at a group personal training centre and have been trying to figure out if I should continue and pay hundreds of dollars for another 8 weeks as well as using my usual gym.
I bought this book and found the exercise routines pretty much exactly the same as what I had been doing at the personal training centre. Did my first workout today at my gym, loved it, burnt the same amount of calories and the eating program in the book is easy to understand.
Let’s just say I’m really impressed with this book and will be continuing with Chloe’s workouts/meal plans.
