Plot Summary
Albert Markovski (Jason Schwartzman), head of the Open Spaces Coalition, has been experiencing an alarming series of coincidences that have lead him to fall under the influence of nihilistic competitor Brad Stand (Jude Law); an executive climbing the corporate ladder at Huckabees - a popular chain of retail superstores. With the help of two Existential Detectives, Bernard and Vivian Jaffe (Dustin Hoffman and Lily Tomlin), Albert examines his life, his relationships, and his conflict with Brad.

Thought provoking
Not your typical comedy, this actually requres and stimulates thought. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an alternate style comedy, that is intelligent and thought provoking.
You rock, rock.
A film about a young adult in the midst of a crisis who is (mis)guided by existential detectives and a nihilist? You had me at "olleh". I still use "The Blanket" in everyday life. Forget those tele-life-coaches - this is the real deal.
OK, but a bit...
...psychological, in an unorthodox fashion.
