Our selection from the line-up kicks off with Pendulum, whose stunning "Witchcraft" turbo-charges soul-scorching rock balladry with a battery of pole-axing beats, and the momentum continues through the U.K.'s Does It Offend You, Yeah? — brandishing 2008's "We Are Rockstars" with serious intent to blow minds — and Bliss n Eso, who deliver one of the year's most addictive party anthems, "Down by the River."
