Podcast Description
Irreligiosophy means "the wisdom of irreligion" -- it is about questioning dogmas handed down uncritically to us and researching into the history, practice, and theology of various religions. Religious claims are scrutinized with a skeptical eye and placed in historical perspective, with an emphasis on pagan precursors (especially Egyptian and Greek) to current beliefs and practices. We focus on Christianity because that is the religion that we are most familiar with and confronted by in our daily lives.

Hi guys. I am a Aussie living in China but fortunately I have access to your podcasts .You tube, Facebook,Twitter and many others are blocked here. Anyway if I could send some Tsing Tao I will. But here is something for you to consider. The evolution of dinosaurs was halted by by a comet impact . What if that didn't happen -how would have they have evolved . What would earth be like now - could they have evolved into intelligent beings- I guess they would be very different from us. Anyway keep up the good work- I hang on your every word. The bacon gospels are so rasher-nal hey !!
Top Stuff
Hey Guys. You crack me up. Can't beat a pair of blokes having a friendly chat about the many flaws of religion in society today. (hahaaaa ancient religions in todays society) Admittedly the conversation often revolves around the mormon church (LDS) however most topics can be related to many religions. I loved the episodes on pagan precursers to the bible. Great work guys thanks for all your hard work and keep it up.
