Keep up the great work guys! This podcast gives a great insight into being and creating a healthy lifestyle for everyone. They topics are nicely varied from nutrition to fitness and beyond. Very easy to listen to, yet superbly in-depth. I have listened to all episodes 2-3 times each, and have added many parts of your podcasts into my own wellness plan. Damien, Brett and Laurence speak with great knowledge about something they love, Wellness. It is hard not to be infected by their enthusiasm.
Would love to hear more about how our bodies adapt to different training eg interval, Fartlek. And, how it effects our energy systems eg anaerobic, aerobic.
Cheers!
