So good !
Tidy fresh disco from Aeroplanes feat. Kathy Diamond on the so-cool-it-really-hurts Eskimo recordings outta Belgium. Their original version is a cooly arpeggiated disco strut job with Kathy Diamond on fine form, almost drawing parallels to Glass Candy or Tyedie if it didn't sound quite so fresh and clean. Thankfully Hercules and Love Affair do a fantastic remix job on the flip, pushing the styles a few years out of disco and into a slow and groovy early house styled winner with some awesome production tweaks making for a properly authentic and analog sounding effort. It's a winner like.

Aeroplane is a Belgian electronica act with a cosmic disco style that made its full-length album debut with We Can't Fly in 2010. Founded in 2007 in Brussels, Aeroplane began as a duo comprised of Stephen Fasano and Vito Deluca, the latter of whom was born in Belgium to Italian parents. Influenced by both the disco and soundtrack work of Giorgio Moroder, the duo made its recording debut with the "Aeroplane" single in 2007 on Eskimo Records, followed by the "Pacific Air Race" single later in the year....
