Biography
In addition to his frontman status in the Flemish rock band De Mens, Frank Vander Linden is a singer, guitarist, and writer from Belgium who made his solo album debut in 2009. Comprised also of Michel de Coster (bass) and Dirk Jans (drums), De Mens made their debut in 1992 with the single "Dit Is Mijn Huis" and a self-titled album. Subsequent albums include Ik Wil Meer (1994), Wil Je Beroemd Zijn? (1996), Sex Verandert Alles (1999), Liefde (2001), Blond (2003), In Het Gras (2005), and Onder de Duinen (2007). In 2009 Vander Linden made his solo debut with the single "In de Walszaal" and a self-titled album on the label No Circus. The album was a Top Ten hit in Belgium.
