Surprisingly great!
I admit, when first looking through the list of artists that accompanied this soundtrack, I had some very biased opinions. Overall, I was proven wrong. Welcome to Mystery by the Plain White T's has a genious, catchy melody which is difficult to forget. Same for Shinedown's song for the album, although it has a Nickelback-y taste to it, I find myself enjoying it. I also like Where's My Angel by Metro Station (this comes as a surprise to me, because I don't quite like Metro Station). But my absolute favourite of the bunch has to be "Strange" by Tokio Hotel and Kerli; the angsty lyrics sung harmonically with absolute emotion, paired with the enchanting melody - chills. I might add that the two singers' voices go together fantastically.
Avril Lavigne's and 3OH!3's songs make my ears bleed.
But other than those, fantastic... much greater than I expected.
amazing
first off, i absolutely love all of the artists and was excited for this album's release - and was not disappointed. the only thing that bugs me is how people are saying this is an odd complication of songs, or it won't fit in the movie. for everyone buying this album, these are NOT songs that are really used in the movie, this is just an album of songs relating to the movie that artists wrote, more like ones that would be played during the credits. apparently there is another album of more instrumental music that was used in the movie scenes. this is purely an album for entertainment, to get people excited for the movie release.
Simply awsome
Awsome album been up all night waiting totally worth it
