Haven't listened to the whole disc but cowgirl in the sand is worth the album alone. great cover, and possibly dallas green's best acoustic song
Canadian Artists pay homage to a Legend
A wonderful compilation, Sugar Mountain and Ohio are great examples of a new take on classic Neil. Great versions of Bandit by Liam Titcomb and Expecting to Fly by Tom Wilson. Raine Maida does a cool version of Don't Let it Bring You Down. All in all a very satisfying listen!
Album celebrates Neil Young as songwriter
An amazing array of Canadian talent has been assembled for this collection, and the result is sublime. A real tribute to Neil Young as a songwriter and a must for any fan. Or maybe for anyone who likes his songs but isn't crazy about his singing! Also a great intro to a number of artists you may not have heard of but are worth exploring.
