There isn't a bad song on this album. If you are looking for the perfect song to listen to while around a campfire, chilling in a hammock, or just being lazy on a Sunday, you will find it here. There is a serious lack of compelling, intelligent songs these days... this album is a great find for those hungry for new music!
What should you expect?
You'll find yourself singing along with Patrick in no time. He is a very talented musician who sings poetic, heartfelt lyrics in a voice that instantly captivates you. This is combined with music that is energetic and dreamy with a theatrical flair, yet reminiscent of a simpler time. City Blood, Country Heart has quickly become one of my favourite albums and I am eagerly anticipating his next. His live shows are also a must see!
Love this Album
After several misguided attempts at trying to submit a review I shall try again. This a great collection of music to listen to any time of day. It is so refreshing to not have the brain jarring surprises so many musicians feel the need to include. Love it!
