I thought this was "not for iTunes"...

KRS-One and Buckshot did this two months ago and to better results ("Robot"). Even T-Pain himself critcized autotune on a track from his last album several months prior. It is clear that Jay Z is a trend-setter - that can't be denied - but this track sounds like he just phoned it in. Jay barely even talks about autotune at all or the current state of hip hop in this track. He brags and brags some more, but most fans know that Kanye and Jay-Z had TONS of autotune slated for The Blueprint 3 prior to this song's conception. The album is now - surprise! - an autotune free record. Remember "Swagga Like Us"? The track ("D.O.A.") itself is decent, but it's by no means classic. If it had better lyrical content - perhaps something actually relevant to say about his subject matter, for instance - it could easily have been a Five Star offering. Solid beat, good flow: three stars.

FINALLY

thank you! finaly some one has spoken out about that techno crap auto tune! thank you jay-z

The title says more than the song

This track has a pretty sick beat, but i find Jay Z lyrics are pretty weak about the subject on D.O.A
