Awesome Band!
The New Cities will be the next big thing for sure! Having seen them live, I can tell that they are full of energy, fun and very talented! Dead End Countdown is a perfect first single! This song is so good!
Making Something New From Much of the 'Old'
Unique, drawing in bits from various genres, and blending them together into something that isnt as depressing as the majority of music seems to be around now. Energetic and definatly dancable, while still keeping grounds in rock. Excellent achivement. Definatly hope to see more of them in the nearer future.

Canadian dance-rock ensemble the New Cities formed in Quebec in 2005. Centered around lead vocalist David Brown, the band released its self-produced EP in 2007 and signed with Sony the following year. In 2009, the band released its full-length debut album, Lost in City Lights, featuring the single "Dead End Countdown." The New Cities returned in 2011 with their sophomore effort, Kill the Lights....
