Well Done!!
The new album from Ken Tobias is smooth, catchy and well produced. right from the get go, each song grabs ones attention sets a mood, tells a story and keeps you listening. It's so nice hear a solid album from start to finish very inspiring.
Could listen over and over
Ken's latest is one of his best collections! My Maria is my top pick from the album content...I could listen to it in one continuous loop over and over and over! Love it..the musical quality always makes me feel as if I am on a beach somewhere in the Caribbean or Key West. Ken's voice is, as always, evocative and moving on so many levels.
Ken Tobias - From A Distance
Once again, Ken has written an album's worth of songs with a unique style to them. It always amazes me how he can think outside of the typical song-writing formulas and come up with something that's intelligent, catchy, and musically appealing. The extra thought in all the arrangements goes a long way with me. His arrangements have subtleties that change it from a good song, to a great song. My favourite pick is "Call Me".
