Linkin Park: rock & rule

It's rare that a band synthesizes something so powerful and right from such disparate influences. Who'd a thunk that metal, hip hop, electronica and pithy street punk attitude could combine in such raucous harmony? Linkin Park. It's not as though there's just a couple tunes here. In the End, Papercut, Crawling, My December, Points of Authority, A Place for My Head, Pushing Me Away: they all knock me over, sprawling. Most utterly new combinations of sounds and phrases most folks would have considered mutually exclusive motifs. They rock, they riff, they rant: they rule. And not since Smells Like Teen Spirit has a song struck thunder in the soul like In My Head.

After hearing all of likin parks albums even minutes to midnight which was highly anticipated. Hybrid Theory is still the best. Every cd of linkin parks has become more commercialized Minutes to Midnight has struck an all time high like the songs are okay but nothing legendary. LINKIN PARK GO BACK TO YOUR OLD WAYS!!!!

I really like this band. These guys write some of the coolest songs, and I hope that they keep it up.
