The frontman for Sebadoh collected his previously released home recordings on this 23-song disc. The epitomy of lo-fi, most tracks are simply Barlow with a guitar or piano. The raw accompaniment complements his tender love songs perfectly, as on "Natural Nature" and "Spirit That Kills."
