mad child ep
Mad Child is an unreal sick rapper. His solo s**t will convert anybody no doubt. He is technically on point and has a sick flow with perfectly timed delivery, which he doesnt get enough credit for. I've heard the swollen members new cd and as far as I'm concerned if they took 4 songs off (i have a couple suggestions -- ironically maybe a few of the songs they are hoping will be hits) and added the 4 solo tracks on the EP not on the swollen album it would probably be an absolute f*****g classic. The fact that some of this stuff isnt killing the charts is probably a reflection of the fact that to hit the charts you need thirteen year old girls to dig your s**t or at the very least someone, or maybe several someones, sitting in the process between recording and putting your jam on t.v that can recognizes the genius. Mad Child's rapping on Black Magic is some of the best of all time in terms of flow, attitude, and introspective honesty that never gets represented in rap, or at least not articulated in the same bone crunching bad assness. If you are a fan of rap, you will love some of the songs on this album - Wake Up, D******d, and Freedom are gems.

Wicked EP
Anybody who knows Swollen knows this album rocks... Madchild always brings it and never dissapoints. I cant wait for there next album Armed to the Teeth September 25th 2009.
