Great EP, can't wait for the next one
This is a great EP that I would definitely check out. These are those pop-esque songs that everyone needs because they are catchy but soulful and musically sound. Great lyrics, great songs, great band and a beautiful sounding album. These are very versitile songs that are great if you just want something to move or hum to, but are well crafted musically and lyrically and are perfect for a good solid, thoughtful listen. From what I've heard there are 2 more EP's coming out from Qunizy within this year so even though there are only 6 songs now, they should easily tide you over until the next EP is released. Lots of love for a great Canadian band.
Amazing EP from a great band
You'll find it impossible to sleep after listening to this EP. The songs will just keep on playing in your head ... especially "From St. Cloud" ... if I hear "from every direc .... shun" in the back of my head one more time I may to be committed! I've purchased all 3 of this great band's albums and they are pretty much all that's getting played now. Lots of variey and different styles so you won't have to sift through a variety of bland bands to find the occassional gem. "The Hum Keeps us Warm" may be the best song ever written.
