Numerous original selections featuring the romantic vocal & piano stylings of Cos Natola comprise this rich collection of heartfelt music. Often compared to Barry Manilow and Billy Joel, Cos was even called "Vancouver's own Elton John" on CTV-TV.
The selections featured on this 2010 release represent a collection of some of Cos Natola's personal favourite recordings chosen from among his numerous studio albums. Completely written, arranged, orchestrated and produced by Mr Natola, the contrasting moods of the material on display are most striking. Not only does REFLECTIONS present us with a fabulous array of pop music, but in its far-reaching stylistic scope, we also visit the worlds of rock, jazz, and even classical aestheticism. In addition to Cos Natola's powerful voice and superb piano playing, the many musicians who adorn these recordings are also a pleasure to listen to.
The Immigrant is a 21-minute orchestral suite in 8 movements featuring an ensemble of 68 musicians. Cos Natola dedicated this large scale composition to the memory of his maternal grandfather, Felice, who "had the courage to say goodbye to the world he knew, to come to a new world he knew nothing about in order to hopefully offer his children a better life".
All recording sessions were engineered by Bart Gurr. All songs are published by Natolasongs Music. (c) 2010 (SOCAN) (Photography and art design by Connie Francesca Natola)

-Cos's piano playing was exceptional, and with his strong, powerful vocals, made for truly captivating listening- pure magic at times- Cos, alone on the stage, played piano and sang with great emotion and an intensity that all too often seems to be missing from the basic pop of today- Cos delivers with the true flair of an Italian balladeer. This brought the house down-

-Last night's performance by our very own Cos Natola was spectacular and left me awestruck. The nearly sold out crowd stayed another 2 hours after the show to rant and rave over the music prodigy they had just finished listening to. Some were even lucky to kiss the ring of the man himself.
People were laughing, crying and dancing in their seats all evening. He played music for all ages - great classic rock tunes, and the best of latin "top hits". He was absolutely brilliant - beyond words. The crowd begged for an encore performance (which I hope he is up for). So, it is my strong recommendation that all of you turn out with your family and friends for what I would call the best music entertainment of the year. Cos, you are a legend (and generous for graciously giving up your time and donating all proceeds to "Harmony In Action)"-

-...Cos Natola has released ten recordings over the last 19 years. He has won two major Canadian music awards, and he's written more than 15 plays, all of which have been performed to critical rave reviews in Vancouver, British Columbia. He's been compared to Barry Manilow more than once....the songs have a certain "broadway showtunes" quality to them...with catchy, infectious melodies, surrounded by Natola's interpretive vocals...comparisons to Manilow are not out of place. In fact, I continually thought of Manilow as I was listening to this.....-
