Holger Peterson is probably the best and most prolific producer of Blues / Roots music in the world. His label Stony Plain is as ecclectic as the music he puts on the air for Canadians on both CBC and CKUA. Lots of fantastic Canadian Blues on this collection.
Saturday Night Blues
This collection includes Gary Comeau, an extremely talented musician, song-writer & entertainer. The song Home of the Mardi Gras is a personal favourite but doesn't begin to show what this guy can do. You have to see him live--- he plays almost every instrument & does so impeccably.
