Album Review
The fifth solo album by Moist frontman David Usher, Strange Birds came out in early 2007. Featuring 11 tracks, this collection should please any of his already converted fans, but would be a welcome addition to any 2000s alt-rock fan with an ear for solid melody. Features the singles "The Music," "Ugly Is Beautiful," and "Some People Say."

Lyrical genius - musical experience
David Usher's continued evolution is showcased in this brilliant collection of energetic, smart and rocking songs. There is not a bad song on the album! With David's lyrics and Kevin's keyboard, the sound is fresh and unique. The ablum's songs are a collection of different moods, themes and energies. 42 thumbs up!
Almost as good as Morning Orbit...
Yeah this is almost as good as Morning Orbit but since this one is new I'd say this one is probably better. All the songs are just wonderful with the exception of one or two but wow. This album is really refreshing and its nice to see someone taking music easy yet having fun and that music ....I dunno that something special and making a song just really good to listen on repeat for a long time =P. Favorite song - Ugly is Beautiful and So Far Down
