le dernier mais non le moindre!!

As you may not know, or should know, the Brains new album is Fantastic! This album is the natural evolution from the other 2. They left a bit aside the hardcore punk sound from no brain no pain and bit less of the zombie theme from hell and back to a more melodic punk rockabilly with a pinch of pop sound. All brains album were produce and recorded by the same guy... the singer of the band! witch he also produced psychobilly bands in canada including the gutter demons. Anyone who knows a bit of the underground scene in montreal probably knows this already. And for all the Creepshow fans there's a duet song with Sarah sin!...There's some people who don't do there homeworks before writing a review.. including listening to the album!

Best yet, but still mediocre

In the past, The Brains have been a mediocre psychobilly band at best. For their latest outing they've signed to Stomp records and have tried to focus their horribly cliched take on the genre into something more realized. While there is more direction in this release, there's still very little to make it stand out against other great Canadian psychobilly bands like The Creepshow and the Gutter Demons.
