Amazing!
They have really matured as a band from their humble beginnings all the way to this Masterpiece.
Another gem from my favorite band
Another awesome album. I love this band's ability to write great songs. They are filled with lots of different textures ... intricate harmonies and stellar lyrics. They range from pounding power pop to lush ballads. They even throw in the trippiest near-10 feedback-laden song in the form of "Polywater". Any song that can hold your attention until the lyrics kick in at almost the 4 minute mark is alright by me.
"You and this Terrible Place" is right up there with "The Hum" from their previous EP as one of the best songs you'll hear.
Can't say enough good things about this great album. Get it now!
