To say this band sounds like another band is somewhat obvious and boring. Everyone takes a little from their music forefathers. Great tune Airbourne!
Early AC/DC anyone?
That's what I hear when I listen to this song. Bon Scott wailing away, Angus doing his kick. Maybe the rest of the album is different? I don't know, this is all I've heard. I mean, it rocks, yeah. It's a pretty stomping tune, but I can hear any almost identical song by AC/DC and I own their albums and MP3's. What are these guys going to do that AC/DC hasn't?

Airbourne are a straightforward rock band in the Aussie pub rock tradition of AC/DC, the Angels, and Rose Tattoo: four guys with beers in hand who would rather die than be caught wearing a pink shirt. The brothers Joel and Ryan O'Keeffe grew up in the country town of Warrnambool, with a collection of classic Australian rock albums stolen from their uncle. When everyone around them was listening to current music, they were firmly entrenched in the music of the '70s and '80s they longed to re-create....
