Album Review
Vicious Circle will probably always be one of the strongest records of Dane Cook's comedy career: it featured some of his best work — including "My Son Optimus Prime" and "The Game of Love and How to Destroy It — and was released alongside a DVD copy of his tour, one that was made especially for HBO. The comedian/actor's success was at a high point in 2008 when the album was released, with Cook having just come off of major roles in some successful Hollywood films, Good Luck Chuck and Dan in Real Life.
