Impressive
So my wife and I are in Kingston to see Heart ( Awesome show , by the way ) and to open out comes Carmen Townsend. Just her and her guitar. But the show she put on was amazing. Her haunting, anger driven cover of "Nothing Compares To You" left me speechless... which is NOT easy to do. The rest of the set was great, from her presence on stage to the sound mix. And yeah, I could have bought the album here on itunes but I'm a firm believer in suporting our Canadian artists... ( plus she was signing her CDs ). Can't wait to hear her folow-up.
One thunb up.... one thumb... HALF up
I really like this album.... vocals are high and KINDA whiny, but i like it =D
