Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Task Ave allows you to turn off GPS services or (for supported devices) use a more battery friendly location detection mode.

Shorter radius length options for proximity reminders needed
I would like to have the option to set the proximity reminders to a radius length under 500m. Options to set the distance to 100m and 250m does not seem like much to ask and would improve the functionality of this app greatly for those of us living in dense urban centres where many errand locations are often within 500m of one's residence. Essentially, when I walk 300m East of my home to run errands on one street, I do not want to still be getting alerts for errands I need to run on another street which 200m West of my home.
Otherwise, great idea and great app with an intuitive and easy to use interface.
As with all GPS apps, reduced battery life is a compromise you will have to make to get the optimal Task Ave experience. That said, I'm very pleased to see the option to be able to turn off the GPS location service and use cell phone tower triangulation instead which helps to save battery life. It may be less accurate but at least the developers were thoughtful enough to provide the option should you decide it works well enough for you.
Amazing!
Task Ave is amazing! I've been using it to remind myself of what I need to do when I get to work in the morning. I walk through the front door and bam, an alert pops up. I'd recommend it to anyone!
Great app
This is an amazing app! It just needs a better Canadian address finder and the ability to pull addresses out of your phone book.
