The Strombo Show is three commercial-free hours of music that spans many eras and genres, airing every Sunday night from 8 pm - 11 pm and hosted by respected Canadian television personality, George Stroumboulopoulos. It's a show made by music lovers, for music lovers, where we play what we think is worth listening to and we take requests from our listeners too. Love songs, sad songs, road songs, songs with feeling. The Strombo Show is the spirit of radio.
The Strombo Show app is our way of bringing the show to you anywhere you happen to be. The app allows you to catch the show on demand on your iPhone or iPod Touch and join the musical meeting of minds by sending your song "Requests" directly to George.

Automatically plays the latest Strombo Show episode.
Play, pause, skip ahead and backward for on demand shows.
Show keeps streaming while you use other applications on your phone and when device is locked.
Pressing "Shows" tab lists all past shows.
Pressing "Request" allows you to record an audio request for George.
Includes button to record and playback recorded message.
"Send" form for requests allows you to take a photo or select one from your photo library.
Pressing "Strombo.com" opens to George's Strombo.com website.

Not bad except for the fact that....
Not bad except for the fact that the player doesn't allow me to stream over bluetooth just like the native audio/video player.
