Description
The Vancouver Parks app provides an easy way for locals and tourists to find information about the City of Vancouver's park system.
The app features all of the more than 200 city parks on a geographically displayed map and provides the user with the option of using your current location to find parks in your immediate surroundings.
Each park has its own page which provides a list of its amenities and/or facilities, photos, address and a way for you, the park user, to provide feedback either by e-mail or phoning 311 - all while on the go. Have you captured a great shot of a sunset? Know a story about the park's history? Notice a maintenance issue? Have an idea to help out in your park? We want to hear from you!
You can search for parks by map or by alphabetical order and choose favourite parks to appear in a separate list for easy access.
Don't forget to check out the Vancouver Park Board Facebook and Twitter accounts while you're at it - and engage with us about your Vancouver Parks.

WTF
Freezes since update, I can no longer use this app! Just like most things in Vancity, doesn't work!
Awesome idea but doesn't deliver
What a great idea! I'm new to Vancouver and so excited to use this app, but unfortunately it freezes after it pinpoints my location - and most of this time it doesn't even get that far before it freezes. I hope for an update to fix this problem soon!!
Bad app
Useless. Can't search based on what you're looking for in a park (ex: off leash areas). Not much happening here. Don't bother, google will tell you more.
