Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: Exit could be a new subgenre: the prankumentary.
Fresh: The film is a curiosity. It's both an attempted documentary of an artistic movement and a bemused examination about why the movie failed in that mission.
Fresh: The brilliantly untrustworthy documentary Exit Through the Gift Shop reminds us that a film can start out in one direction and then change course so radically, it becomes an act of provocation unto itself.
Fresh: One of the best, most karmically satisfying comedies of the year, much to the chagrin of the people who are in it.
Customer Reviews
Awesome.
This is both the funniest and smartest movie I've seen in a while. It's been months since I've seen in in theatres and I still find myself thinking about it. A MUST SEE.
...and take that.
Banksy at his best and most humorous and subversive. Exit takes us on a hilarious, frustrating hopeless ride through the abyss of contemporary art culture en route to true enlightenment.
Do not miss this movie!!!
Captivating from start to finish. All ages can enjoy this film.
