Not good
Despite the poor reviews that I read for this movie, I thought I'd try it out; I wish that I hadn't. I thought that as a Mac lover I would find something to like; I didn't. It doesn't follow much of a coherent story at all - it's just a bunch of random interviews with REALLY strange people and clips from Macworlds. All in all, it was very disappointing.
Not what I hoped for
I was hoping for at least some coverage of the development of the Mac and the inner workings of Apple but this documentary was only about the so called Mac community which the internet effectively made obsolete. As a Mac user I simply have no interest in Mac fanatics or going on pilgrimage to the Keynote address. I am thankful that Apple makes great products which I buy and use, that is my attachment to Apple. If you are interested in a bizarre and obsolete community this documentary is for you. If you are interested in Apple computers and the people who made them look elsewhere.
A Collage of Eccentric Mac Fans
An interesting movie about mainly eccentric Mac owners that seem to thrive on the interest and eccentricities of others. Certainly not a well-organized history of Apple Inc. If you enjoy the wild, wierd, and wonderful, rent it.
