Plot Summary
TRON: LEGACY is an action-packed adventure set in a digital world unlike anything captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), a rebellious 27-year-old, is haunted by the mysterious disappearance of his father Kevin Flynn (Oscar®- and Golden Globe®-winner Jeff Bridges), a man once known as the world's leading video-game developer. When Sam investigates a strange signal sent from the abandoned Flynn's Arcade — that could have only come from his father — he finds himself pulled into a world where Kevin has been trapped for 20 years. With the help of the fearless warrior Quorra (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-or-death journey across a visually-stunning digital universe — created by Kevin himself — which has become far more advanced with never-before-imagined vehicles, weapons, and landscapes and a ruthless villain who will stop at nothing to prevent their escape.

Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: Director Joseph Kosinski has a recipe for adventure that should delight gamers. Non-techies are on their own.
Rotten: For a far more thought-provoking tale about the virtual realm, try The Social Network.
Fresh: Despite all the gloom and grandiosity, this can be a fun movie, particularly for those willing to sit back and let it wash over them.
Rotten: Disney may be looking for a merchandising bonanza with this long-gestating sequel to the groundbreaking 1982 film, but someone in the corporate offices forgot to add any human interest to its action-heavy script.

My perfect movie?
This is a great movie. It has a good story line, not very confusing, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
I've been dreaming of a movie that mixed some of my favorite things and this is it... I absolutely love the suits they are wearing, it makes me want to find one! Then there's Daft Punk playing some background music in the movie, I love their music. Also, there's the number of references to Linux in the movie, and I do absolutely love Linux... If someone here knows what Linux is, watch this movie, you'll see various scenes in which Linux just appears, which is great, instead of using Windows like most movies do...
Finally, along with the story line, is the games. I enjoy playing video games and so watching this movie was an even more pleasurable experience.
As I said, I would recommend this movie to everyone I know, so go see it! :)
Daft Punk is awesome!!!
This is a good movie. I hope it will be in HD
Serious Technical Flaws
Yup...the aspect ratio is screwed up as noted below, and switches back and forth, with letterboxing coming and going throughout. Secondly...even more horribly...the enitre soundtrack is in mono.
