Delerium

Delerium is the offspring of musical partners Bill Leeb (ex-Skinny Puppy bassist and Front Line Assembly synth man/vocalist) and Rhys Fulber (also of Front Line Assembly and Conjure One). Weaving exotic melodies throughout sampled and real vocals, Delerium inspired listeners worldwide with the enchanting "Silence," which became a major hit in large part due to the seductive vocals of Sarah McLachlan.

Delerium works with a variety of international singers, who enrich each song with texture and nuance. Sarah McLachlan, Leigh Nash (Sixpence None the Richer), longtime collaborator Kirsty Thirsk (Rose Chronicles), and Twin Peaks vocalist Julee Cruise have contributed to the group's spectrum of sound. From their industrial beginnings, Delerium found their ambient niche via a combination of hypnotic synthesizer sequences and lush soundscapes.
