OK, sweat-monkeys, it's time for another round of pulse-pushing, cardio-centric workout tunes, so strap on your gym kit and hit the treadmill running with Madge and Timbo, who have only "4 Minutes" to save the world . . . more than enough time to raise your heartbeats-per-minute to a respectable level. Just when you thought it was time for a warm-down, here comes another unmissable lesson in dance-floor drill instruction, lead by Midfield General and the commanding "Disco Sirens." To keep you in line and right up with the tempo, we've also recruited the services of Celeda (Tracy Young's club mix of the '08 dance-chart-topper, "Amazing"), Faithless ("God Is a DJ"), bpm-crunching Groovestylerz ("Prove Your Love"), and DJ Funsko ("For the Love of Disco House").

Fitness is all about repetition — endless sets of exercises undertaken to produce the snare drum that is your abdomen and the rock-solid teak you now call biceps — so it makes sense to vary the soundtrack as often as possible. This third instalment of exercise tunes will see you right from treadmill to open road, from free-weight rack to jogging track, and sets a pace you'll feel compelled to match. Some people warm to the encouragements of an instructor, but we prefer to take our orders from Robyn ("Who's That Girl?"), Kylie ("In My Arms"), Mariah Carey ("Touch My Body"), and an assortment of Nightcrawlers, Shapeshifters, and Furry Phreaks.
